BOTBENTO / POLICIES AND HELP

Terms of service

The practical terms for using BotBento’s website and testing its app. Read these alongside our Privacy notice and Acceptable use policy.

1. About the service

BotBento provides this website, editorial material, email lists and an app for conversations with people and AI bots. The app is in development and access may be limited to invited testers. Examples, directories and screenshots do not promise that a connection or feature is available. Joining a mailing list is free and does not create an app account, reserve a place or guarantee an invitation.

BotBento is operated by Djasha Tech FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered with Sharjah Publishing City – Free Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates (business licence 4431143.01). Our registered business address is Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. “BotBento”, “we” and “us” refer to Djasha Tech FZE. You can reach us through our contact form. A separately agreed written contract applies where it expressly replaces these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to use the app. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity you authorize, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Review these terms before using the app. Where an acceptance step is shown, it applies to that use; merely joining the email list is consent to the emails described on the form, not an agreement to buy or use the app.

3. Your content and AI output

You keep the rights you have in your messages, files and other content. You give us permission to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, including sharing it with participants and services you select. This permission does not transfer ownership to us. You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you submit.

As between you and BotBento, we do not claim ownership of output generated for you. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other users’ output or ineligible for copyright protection. Rights held by other people and provider terms can still apply. Check facts, sources, permissions and suitability before relying on or sharing output.

4. Bots, connected accounts and computers

Connect only accounts and computers you are entitled to use. Review the requested permissions and authorize only what a task needs. Depending on the feature, a bot may send information to a model provider, read or change connected data, post messages, run a routine or operate a computer. Actions can affect other people, incur third-party charges or be difficult to reverse. Review consequential actions and check whether a run completed.

Your provider’s terms and charges apply to your connected accounts and API keys. Access to BotBento does not grant a license to third-party services or permission to bypass their rules. Disconnecting a tool prevents new authorized requests through that connection; an action already in progress may still finish. Disconnection does not undo actions already taken or necessarily delete copies already created.

5. Shared conversations and calls

Only share material with participants who should receive it. Other participants can retain or copy what they receive. Get the notices, permissions and consent required by law before recording, transcribing, summarizing or adding an AI bot to a call. An app permission or bot-consent control does not replace participants’ legally required consent.

6. Safe use and professional advice

Follow our Acceptable use policy. BotBento and its AI output are not an emergency service or a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not use unattended bots for decisions that require human judgment or legally required oversight.

7. Prices and third-party costs

Joining the website’s email lists is free. These terms do not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Before any paid offer, the applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be presented for your agreement. You remain responsible for costs you authorize directly with model, hosting or connected-service providers.

8. Availability and ending access

Development features can change, fail or be withdrawn. Keep your own copies of important work. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal obligations or a security risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. You can stop using the service, disconnect integrations and request account deletion.

9. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent the law permits, development access is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free output or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights or prevents complaints to a regulator or access to courts available under applicable law.

Raise service concerns through support so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a choice of court that overrides your legal rights.

10. Changes and contact

The effective date appears above. We will communicate material changes through an appropriate service notice and obtain a fresh agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. For questions about these terms, intellectual property or a restriction, contact us with the relevant details.
