Acceptable use
Use BotBento with permission, respect for other people and human oversight of consequential actions. These rules cover the website, app, shared spaces, bots, routines and connections.
Use accounts and information lawfully
Do not access another person’s accounts, devices or data without authorization; steal credentials; bypass access controls, provider restrictions or safety measures; distribute malware; or probe systems you do not have permission to test. Do not ask a bot to do something you are not permitted to do yourself.
Protect people
Do not create, request or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, violent wrongdoing or instructions that facilitate serious harm. Do not harass, stalk, dox, target people with hateful abuse, or deceptively impersonate another person. Do not use bots to exploit vulnerable people or facilitate self-harm.
Respect privacy and rights
Share only information you are entitled to share. Do not upload stolen data, publish private information, infringe intellectual property, or record or transcribe people without required notice and consent. Do not send secrets or highly sensitive information to a bot or connection unless you have assessed the permissions and provider terms for that use.
Do not automate deception or abuse
No phishing, scams, fraudulent transactions, unsolicited bulk messages, manipulated engagement or concealment of a bot’s identity to mislead someone. Follow the terms, usage limits and automation rules of every connected provider. Do not evade rate limits, abuse free access or interfere with the service.
Keep a person responsible
Review AI output and consequential actions. Do not rely on BotBento for emergency response or autonomous decisions about health, legal rights, employment, housing, credit or other high-impact matters without the safeguards, qualified review and permissions required by law. You must obtain consent required for automated calls, recording and transcription.
Reporting and review
Report harmful content, abuse or security concerns. Include the relevant location and a short description, without redistributing harmful material or private data. We may investigate and restrict content, a connection or an account as appropriate. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, use the contact form to ask for review. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
