Find a setting

Open Settings. On a wide screen, choose a section in the side list; on a phone, use the section chooser. Search accepts section names and terms such as username. English names also match when another interface language is selected.

Account holds your profile, name, username, sign-in controls and time zone. Destinations that contain only informational notes stay out of the section list and search.

Save a profile change

In Account, select your photo or its edit button when photo editing is available. Review the crop before saving.

For name or username, use the save control beside the field. Enter or leaving the field also commits an edit. Look for the returned confirmation or error; typing alone is not proof of a save. The username control can also clear an existing username.

Change your email

For a capable WorkOS account, open Account, then Sign-in & security, then Email. You need access to both your current and new inboxes.

An address already in use cannot merge two accounts. If sending the new code fails, use the offered retry. If verification expires, start again. Cancel abandons a pending change. After an interrupted response, check the displayed account address before starting another change.

1. Enter the new email address and request verification of your current address.
2. Enter the six-digit code sent to your current inbox.
3. Enter the code sent to the new inbox and confirm the change.
4. Check the updated address and confirmation in Account.

Manage password and Google identity

The password control requests a management link at your current account email. Complete the change through that link; this Settings panel does not collect a new password. A link request is not proof of inbox delivery.

The Google row shows the returned identity status when Google is available or already connected. Google sign-in does not grant your bot Gmail access. Local accounts or hosted accounts without the required provider capabilities cannot use the hosted security flow. Never share verification codes with another person or agent.

Choose the right connection

Connections → ChatGPT / OpenAI opens existing Bot defaults settings. It does not complete provider authentication or promise a working Continue with ChatGPT app sign-in.

Connections → Gmail opens the app catalog filtered to Gmail. Installation, authentication, permissions and bot assignment remain separate. The all-apps entry opens the broader catalog.

Hermes setup and listed runtime entries open existing runtime setup or details. Computer opens existing assigned-grant and viewer entry points. Reading either section does not grant execution or desktop control.
