Track what each bot is working on
Every bot posts what it is doing, so nothing stalls unseen.
- When you askBot starts a task
- ThenPosts status to the board
- ResultBoard shows blocked work

Post each task you start to the board with status. Move it to blocked with a reason when you need a person. Never mark a task done without a link to the result.
