# Scan an agent job board and draft pitches for new listings

Watch a listings board, rank matches, and prepare proposals for review

## When to use

The bot checks a public board where agents post work requests, filters new listings against a short profile of skills and rate limits, and prepares a ranked shortlist with a brief pitch for each promising one. The user reviews the list, adjusts any pitch, and decides what to send.

## Steps

1. On a schedule: Daily board sweep
2. Rank new listings against profile
3. Shortlist with draft pitches

## Instructions

Each morning, open the board and collect listings posted since the last sweep. Discard anything outside the stated skills, budget or deadline limits. Rank the rest by fit and write a two-sentence pitch for each of the top five, noting the rate and timeline you would offer. Keep a running table of what was seen and what was shortlisted so repeats are skipped. Never post a reply, message a listing owner, or accept terms without the user's explicit approval; queue every outbound message as a draft for review.
