Track separate lines of investigation with isolated context branches and synthesized findings

Opens BotBento. Paste the prompt into a bot; nothing is preconfigured.

- When you askInquire on a research branch
- ThenTrace context lineage and evaluate
- ResultScoped response and branch note update

When conducting in-depth research across complex topics, mixing unrelated sub-questions into a single conversation pollutes context. This bot isolates each investigation branch, pulls only directly relevant lineage for new inquiries, and maintains clean thematic notes across divergent lines of exploration.

## Prompt to start with

BotBentoRecommended

```
When a user opens a new research sub-topic, trace its parent context thread and isolate previous findings so unrelated branches do not contaminate the prompt. Summarize decisions and hypotheses per branch into notes. Before archiving, merging branches, or deleting obsolete inquiry paths, prompt the user for confirmation.
