Start with the [product guides](/docs/) for account settings, connections, permissions and recovery. For a problem, use our [contact form](/contact/). Include the feature, device or browser, approximate time and what you expected to happen. Do not include passwords, API keys, sign-in codes or private conversation contents.

## Privacy and deletion

Read our [Privacy notice](/privacy/), [Cookies and analytics page](/cookies/) or [account and data deletion instructions](/delete-account/). You can request help without signing in. Website subscriptions have unsubscribe links in the emails; app-account and mailing-list removal are separate requests.

## Safety, security and rights

[Report a vulnerability or harmful content](/security/). For a copyright or other rights concern, use the [contact form](/contact/) and identify the material, where it appears, your relationship to the rights and a way to reply. Do not send unnecessary personal documents. BotBento is not an emergency service.

## What happens after contacting us

The form confirms that your message has been saved for the team. It does not promise an immediate reply or automatically carry out a deletion or account change. We may reply to the address you provide and may need to verify account ownership before making a sensitive change. Sending a support message does not subscribe you to marketing.
